At Financial Courses Hub, we strive to provide high-quality educational content that meets or exceeds your expectations. We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to request a refund for a purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions and procedures for refund requests.
Important: By purchasing any course or educational product from Financial Courses Hub, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
1. Digital Course Refund Policy
1.1 Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee for all our digital courses. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date, subject to the following conditions:
- You have completed no more than 30% of the course content
- You provide specific feedback about why the course didn't meet your expectations
- You haven't downloaded all course materials or resources
1.2 Exceptions to the Satisfaction Guarantee
The following purchases are not eligible for our 14-day satisfaction guarantee:
- Individual course modules purchased separately
- Courses marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Refundable"
- Bundle packages at special promotional pricing
- Courses where the student has completed more than 30% of the content
- Downloadable resources or materials once they have been downloaded
2. Live Webinar and Event Refund Policy
2.1 Cancellation by Customer
For live webinars and events, the following refund conditions apply:
- 100% refund if cancelled 7 or more days before the event
- 50% refund if cancelled 3-6 days before the event
- No refund if cancelled less than 72 hours before the event
Instead of receiving a refund for a cancelled live event, you may choose to:
- Transfer your registration to another person
- Apply your payment to a future event (within 6 months)
- Receive access to the recorded version of the event (if available)
2.2 Cancellation by Financial Courses Hub
If we cancel a live webinar or event, you will be offered the following options:
- Full refund of your payment
- Credit toward a future event or course
- Access to an alternative event or course of equal value
3. Subscription Services Refund Policy
3.1 Monthly Subscriptions
For monthly subscription services:
- No prorated refunds are provided for partial months
- You may cancel at any time to prevent future billing
- Access continues until the end of the current billing period
3.2 Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscription services:
- Full refund if cancelled within 14 days of initial purchase
- Prorated refund may be considered if cancelled after 14 days, minus a $25 administrative fee
- No refunds for annual subscriptions that have been active for more than 60 days
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Email our support team at support@financialcourseshub.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include your full name and the email address used for purchase
- Provide the name of the course or product for which you're requesting a refund
- Include your order number or transaction ID
- Explain the reason for your refund request

5. Refund Processing
If your refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase
- Processing times vary depending on your payment method:
- Credit cards: 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- Bank transfers: 7-14 business days
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed
6. Special Circumstances
We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you need to request a refund outside the terms described above due to extraordinary circumstances (such as medical emergencies, natural disasters, or technical issues on our platform that prevented access), please contact our support team with relevant details and documentation.
Such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and any exceptions to our standard policy are at the sole discretion of Financial Courses Hub.
7. Abuse of Refund Policy
Financial Courses Hub reserves the right to restrict future purchases or deny refund requests from customers who abuse our refund policy, including but not limited to:
- Multiple refund requests across different courses
- Evidence of downloading all course materials before requesting a refund
- Completing a significant portion of a course before requesting a refund
- Any fraudulent activity related to purchases or refund requests
8. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
